The Spinal Circuit is back for 2024!

What?

So, what is the Spinal Circuit? It is a virtual loop of the distance between all 11 Spinal Centres in the UK – 1799km or 1118 miles!

When?

Walk, run or push as much as you can in the month of March. Whether you’ve taken part in the event every year or if you’re new to the challenge, it’s designed to fit into your day to day life meaning there’s no pressure to fit into anyone else’s schedule!

Where?

Anywhere! That’s the fun of a virtual challenge – hit the streets of London, the mountains in Wales or the lakes in Scotland. No matter where you are, you can #GetMovingInMarch and raise money to support Back Up.

Why?

To raise vital funds to support Back Up. These funds mean that we can continue to provide our services and transform the lives of people affected by spinal cord injury.

How?

Step 1 – Register your interest using the link below and SIGN UP when sign ups open in the new year.

Step 2 – Set your distance goal – this might be the entire length of the circuit (1799km/1118 miles) as a team or it might be an individual challenge from one spinal centre to another. Whatever the distance, it’s adding to our total!

Step 3 – Set up your fundraising page and link your Strava.
