The Back Up Ball is back – and it’s bigger and better than ever.

On Saturday 5 December 2026, we’re returning to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole for the most exciting celebration in our 40-year history – and you’re invited.

This is more than a party. It’s our 40th birthday. A huge, joyful celebration of everything Back Up stands for – community, connection and fun!

Whether you’re a volunteer, service user, supporter, fundraiser, family member or part of Back Up’s journey in any way, this night is for you.
