Safeguarding at Back Up
At Back Up we have a responsibility to safeguard the welfare of those who provide or receive Back Up’s services and we work, where possible, to stop harm from occurring. We have policies and procedures in place to protect under 18s and adults, and all staff at Back Up have regular training in safeguarding.
If you have a concern about someone’s welfare it’s important to pass it on and get support for yourself. Please get in touch with your main point of contact within Back Up or the Back Up safeguarding team and share the information straight away – within 24 hours is essential so we can deal with the issue efficiently.
