Digital Assets Coordinator

Location: Home, hybrid or office based, but with occasional travel around the UK as required.
Salary: From £25,000 – £29,000 (pro rata) per annum dependent on experience (inc. 5% London Allowance).

About the role:
We understand that a spinal cord injury can be devastating, but we believe it shouldn’t prevent anyone from getting the most out of life. And we’re here to help make sure that can happen. We provide a range of services for people affected by spinal cord injury, and this provides us with a unique insight into the issues they face in their day-to-day lives.
The Digital Assets Coordinator oversees the ongoing maintenance and development of Back Up’s key digital assets and the associated data assets, supported by colleagues acting as content owners. Existing digital assets include the Back Up podcast, Back Up Connect, the Back Up Lounge and the ‘What Next?’ course. The post holder will be an innovative, creative and personable individual who will be passionate about working co-productively in the digital space, as well as supporting individuals affected by spinal cord injury. The Digital Assets Coordinator is instrumental in enabling us to reach more people virtually by harnessing technology, as well as enabling people to stay connected to people in a similar situation through digital means.

What will the process involve?
The process will involve at least one interview round which will be either in person or online. There will be a panel interviewing you and you may be asked to complete a task beforehand to present to the panel.
