Users can attend as many or as few sessions as they like. Topics covered include:
• Skills Identification – 6-7.30pm on 10 September, Click on this link to register
– This session will explore your personal brand and your competences. It will help you think about the skills you have and how they can be transferred and be utilised in different job roles – particularly beneficial to those that are unable to return to their previous employment, but also for those thinking about getting involved in volunteering.
• CV Writing – 6-7.30pm on 24 September, Click on this link to register
– A CV is your opportunity to show off your skills and experiences. We will cover the key features of a CV, including how to tailor it to be attractive to recruiters and potential employers. We will also talk about how to position gaps in employment or education history and when, how, or if to position your disability. This will suit you in looking to get back into work or volunteering.
• Reasonable Adjustments – 6-7.30pm on 8 October, Click on this link to register
– Not only do employers have a legal duty to consider adjustments for disabled applicants or employees, they want to put support in place to ensure you can perform to your full potential.
