About us

Back Up is here for everyone affected by spinal cord injury.

We have a national community of over 400 staff and volunteers in a similar situation to you. This includes people with a spinal cord injury, their family members, and people of all levels of injury and age. We know that living a fulfilling life is possible after spinal cord injury, and we want you to live well too. We’re here to help you regain your confidence and independence, and tackle the issues that come with spinal cord injury – from pain and fatigue to bladder and bowel management.

We offer a range of life-changing services, including specialist support for different age groups and families. We can also link you to sister charities. Come along to Peer Support LIVE and discover how we can help.
