Burpees for Back Up

We are challenging you to do as many #burpeesforbackup as you can through the month of January!

Get fit, have fun and raise funds for Back Up all at the same time!

How it works:

  • Sign up and decide whether you will do it alone or as part of a team; why not get your friends, family, gym buddies or colleagues to take part?
  • Set up a fundraising page and ask people to sponsor you.
  • We’ll send you any fundraising materials you need to get started.
  • Do as many #burpeesforbackup as you can throughout the month of January.
  • Why not set yourself a goal, daily, weekly or just a total for the month!
  • Share your pictures and don’t forget to tag us in your social media @backuptrust #burpeesforbackup
