Each course aims to increase confidence and independence in a supportive environment. Our courses are led by people who have a spinal cord injury themselves – allowing participants to learn from others who have who have been there and can understand the issues and challenges.

Course Donation
Back Up relies on the generosity of individuals and companies to fund our courses. We invite participants to make a suggested donation towards the cost of their place, but please don’t let money concerns stop you from applying. Course places are never allocated or refused based on your ability to donate.
You can choose to make a one-off donation, or you may prefer to give a little each month. For example, a regular gift of £20 per month.
