Back-Up aims to improve motivation, self confidence and independence whether you
are a newly spinally injured person or are 10 years post injury. Mentoring is designed specifically to benefit people with SCI who feel they would like to receive regular 1-2-1 advice and support from a peer who has ‘been there and done that.’ All of our mentors are spinally injured with a range of experiences so that we can try to find the best match for you.
If you feel that you could benefit from what mentoring can do for you or you want to be a Mentor contact Eric on 0208 875 6728.

Mentor training weekend, Role play
Being a mentor is not about telling people how to live their lives. It is about understanding individual problems and being able to find a common ground that can be used in a positive light.
If you feel that your experiences could benefit others and would like to make a difference by volunteering as a mentor please contact Eric on 0208 875 6728 or email for more information.
