As a charity, it’s vital that we communicate effectively with the people that matter to us most, including our service users, funders and supporters.
A big part of this is making sure that the communications outputs we produce, including brochures, email bulletins, social media posts and newsletters have a big impact on our audiences and convince them to take actions – This might be anything from donating to us, attending a course, or volunteering in the office.
With this in mind, we are recruiting a Back Up Test Team, a group of people from diverse backgrounds, who can give us an honest opinion on any new materials we’re developing. The Team might also test drive some of our web pages and allow us to test the water with any surveys we’re thinking of sending to people on our wider database.
Being part of the Back Up Test Team means that you can support Back Up from home and it doesn’t cost you a thing. We will simply email you materials on an occasional basis, as and when we need your help, and ask you to comment.
